TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Aureviao™ storefront and the ordering of garden moss miniature accessories and related decorative products. Aureviao™ is owned and operated by Quanzhou Lange Technology Co., Ltd., with Hou Zifeng identified as the Legal Representative.

By visiting the website, reviewing product information, submitting an order, or contacting customer service, the visitor agrees to use the website lawfully and to review the applicable product and policy information. Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and should not use the website to interfere with its operation, misrepresent an identity, misuse another person’s information, or engage in unlawful activity.

Aureviao™ aims to present product details accurately. Product pages may contain descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, care information, suggested uses, and availability details. Small differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, natural textures, material variations, and small-scale finishing. Customers should read the complete product listing before ordering and should contact service@leanomen.com if a product detail is unclear.

Product availability may change. An item shown on the website may become unavailable because of inventory movement, fulfillment limitations, listing corrections, or other operational reasons. If an item cannot be supplied as described, our support team may contact the customer to explain the situation and provide an appropriate next step.

Orders are prepared for fast dispatch. The estimated transit period is 3–7 days after dispatch. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities based on inventory and destination. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout according to the destination and selected service. These rules are also explained in the Shipping Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. The item should be unused, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. Preference-based returns are subject to the customer’s return shipping responsibility. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the description, Aureviao™ will provide an appropriate corrective solution without a corrective return cost.

Approved refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after an eligible returned item is received and inspected. After-sales requests are generally processed within 3 business days. Customers should contact service@leanomen.com with the order number, product name, reason for the request, and relevant evidence.

Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible and before dispatch. We will review each request according to the current order status. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch, but customers may still contact support for instructions relating to the available return or delivery process.

Aureviao™ may update product information, correct errors, revise policies, improve website functions, or change available product selections when reasonably necessary. The version displayed on the website should be reviewed before an order or service request is submitted.
